The conference will mark the release of the 15^thannual China Human Capital Report-2023. It will feature distinguished keynote speeches, plenary and parallel sessions on critical topics related to human capital and labor markets on December 9 preceded by an onsite reception on December 8.

Submissions

We welcome papers on topics dealing with broad areas of human capital and labor markets.

·Please submit an extended abstract(400-500 wordsin English)by 12am onNovember 8, 2023 (Eastern Standard Time) online at:

·Each session consists of paper presentations and discussion, both in English.

·Notification of decision will be announced in mid November.

·All papers accepted for presentation must be submitted to the conference by December 1, 2023(Beijing Time, GMT+8)so that discussants will have enough time to prepare comments.
